College Park deals with criminal code offences in their catchment area.All in-custody females in the City of Toronto facing criminal code charges will appear at College Park. If the in-custody female has a co-accused then the co-accused will also appear at College Park.
The downtown youth court is located at 311 Jarvis.Young persons in their catchment area are dealt with in this court. Additionally, all young persons facing federal charges in the City of Toronto go to 311 Jarvis.
The Scarborough courthouse is located at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East.The courthouse deals with both adults and youth. The court only deals with criminal code offences within their cacthment area.
2201 Finch Avenue West is the Etobicoke courthouse. It serves both adults and young persons within their catchment area which includes young persons arrested in North York.
The North York courthouse is located at 1000 Finch Avenue West.Only adults facing criminal code offences appear at this courthouse.
There is one Superior Court of Justice in Toronto – 361 University Avenue. All Superior court matters proceed in that courthouse
